  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development program for participants in Indianapolis.
  2. Identify and recruit highly motivated individuals to join the program.
  3. Provide personalized coaching and training to program participants.
  4. Create a fast-paced and challenging environment for participants to excel in.
  5. Foster a culture of leadership and excellence within the program.
  6. Collaborate with industry professionals to design and deliver relevant training materials.
  7. Monitor the progress of participants and provide feedback and support as needed.
  8. Create opportunities for participants to gain hands-on experience in the service industry.
  9. Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  10. Represent the program and the organization at recruitment events and other relevant platforms.
  11. Develop relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the program.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and serve as a role model for program participants.
  13. Communicate program updates and progress to senior management.
  14. Encourage and support program participants to pursue career opportunities within the organization.
  15. Continuously seek ways to enhance and innovate the program to ensure its success and relevance.
