  1. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and strategies.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and insights that can be used to improve business performance.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest market developments and make recommendations for how Geico can adapt and stay competitive.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret research needs and priorities.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external research partners to ensure access to relevant and reliable data.
  6. Use a variety of research methods and tools to gather and analyze data, including surveys, focus groups, and market analysis reports.
  7. Present research findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and campaigns based on research insights.
  9. Monitor and track the performance of new products and campaigns, making adjustments as needed based on research findings.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes and methodologies to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of data.
  11. Train and mentor junior researchers and analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to research and data collection.
  13. Represent Geico in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and knowledge gained from research efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Conducting Research In The Insurance Industry, Including Familiarity With Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitor Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Draw Insights To Inform Business Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Research Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Research Projects From Conception To Completion, Including Developing Research Plans, Managing Timelines And Budgets, And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Economics, Or Statistics, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry. A Phd In A Related Field May Be Preferred.
