Java Principal Engineer

In this position, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, leading technical projects, and providing technical guidance to the team.The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Java engineer who has a deep understanding of software development and design principles. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in Java programming. You should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and experience in web application development and databases.We're looking for someone who is highly organized, a self-starter, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
