  1. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data quality standards across different systems and processes.
  4. Monitor and track data governance compliance, identifying and addressing any issues or gaps.
  5. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security through data encryption, access controls, and backups.
  7. Develop and maintain data mapping and lineage documentation to support data governance initiatives.
  8. Provide training and support to finance team members on data governance principles and best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to data governance and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects to drive data governance initiatives and enhance data management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Governance Or Data Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
