- Provide guidance and support to less experienced adjusters as needed.

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Auto Damage Adjusting, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Insurance Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Automobile Repair Processes And Techniques, As Well As Industry Standards And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Third-Party Vendors.
Proficient In Using Computer Software And Technology Related To Auto Damage Adjusting, Including Estimating Programs And Claims Management Systems.
High Level Of Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Assess And Document Vehicle Damage, Write Estimates, And Determine Liability.
