  1. Develop and maintain identity governance systems for Geico Auto Insurance.
  2. Ensure the security and protection of customer sensitive information.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with identity governance systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for improvements in identity governance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity governance.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  7. Implement and maintain access controls and authentication mechanisms.
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing any potential vulnerabilities or risks.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for identity governance processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new identity governance initiatives.
  11. Train and provide guidance to other team members on identity governance processes and procedures.
  12. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  14. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and maintain third-party identity governance solutions.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on identity governance and provide guidance to other departments within the company.
  16. Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on the status of identity governance systems and projects.
  17. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  18. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
  19. Mentor and coach junior engineers on identity governance best practices and procedures.
  20. Proactively identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in identity governance systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding And Experience With Identity Governance And Compliance Frameworks, Such As Nist, Cobit, And Iso.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python.

  • Knowledge Of Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Okta, And Sailpoint.
