  1. Lead and shape the financial systems at Geico Auto Insurance by leveraging your expertise in Workday Financials.
  2. Continuously improve and innovate by staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Workday Financials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Workday Financials platform.
  4. Design, develop, and implement complex financial solutions within Workday, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues to provide effective and timely resolutions.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Financials and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of Workday Financials.
  11. Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance the financial systems at Geico.
  12. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Expertise In Workday Financials: The Distinguished Engineer Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Workday Financials, Including Its Modules And Functionalities, To Provide Expert Guidance And Support In Implementing And Optimizing The System.

  • Extensive Experience In Financial Systems Design And Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Financial Systems, With A Focus On Workday Financials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Projects: A Distinguished Engineer At Geico Auto Insurance Must Have A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Achieving Desired Outcomes, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Distinguished Engineer Must Possess Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance To Junior Engineers.
