  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and excellence among agency partners and carriers.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and carriers to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives to improve overall performance and efficiency.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to agency partners and carriers.
  6. Coordinate with training and development teams to provide necessary training and resources to agency partners and carriers.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for agency and carrier performance programs.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance performance strategies.
  9. Communicate performance expectations and goals to agency partners and carriers and ensure they are met.
  10. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by agency partners and carriers in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on agency and carrier performance.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.
  13. Set performance targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by agency partners and carriers.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve performance management processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Agency And Carrier Performance Metrics And Key Performance Indicators.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Performance Improvements And Achieving Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
