
Cybersecurity Risk Management Director
Geico Auto Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Cybersecurity Risk Management Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive risk management strategy to protect our customers’ sensitive data and ensure our compliance with industry regulations.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of cybersecurity risk management, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. You should also have excellent organizational and project management skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least seven years of experience in the cybersecurity field, with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. You should also have a deep understanding of risk management processes and best practices, as well as expertise in regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategy to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage projects and tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Monitor and analyze risk management processes.
- Implement and maintain regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist in developing and administering cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Research new technologies and processes to improve existing security protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff members.
- Work with other departments to ensure security protocols are adhered to.
- Monitor industry changes and adjust security protocols as needed.
