Job Description

At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for talented, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line support for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide general information on Geico Auto Insurance products and services.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative and to think quickly on your feet. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and be a highly organized individual with excellent problem solving and customer service skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
