Job Description

At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and accurate problem resolution while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a friendly, helpful attitude and a commitment to providing a world-class customer service experience.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous customer service experience• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
