- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and internal data to make informed decisions regarding compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR and management to establish and maintain fair and competitive salary structures.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Monitor and track employee compensation and benefits, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Communicate with employees regarding compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure competitive compensation offers are made to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all compensation data and information.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support and guidance to HR and management on all compensation-related matters.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of compensation costs.
- Handle any compensation-related inquiries or concerns from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Hris And Compensation Software.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
