Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Insurance Sales And Management.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Profitability Goals.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Sales Professionals.
