Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration Or Insurance.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In Claims Management.
Strong Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Customers And Colleagues.
Familiarity With Insurance Policies And Procedures, As Well As State Laws And Regulations Related To Auto Insurance Claims.
