Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Handle Difficult Situations.
Proficient In Computer Skills And Ability To Learn And Navigate Various Software Programs.
