At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for a Claims Service Representative who will be at the forefront of our customer service operations. This person will be responsible for providing professional service to customers regarding their insurance claims and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a dedication to customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Claims Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently. This person will also be required to provide advice and assistance to customers and help them understand the claims process.
