The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a focus on customer service and a passion for helping people in their time of need. This individual must possess a thorough understanding of auto insurance claims in order to accurately assess damages, determine fault, and negotiate settlements.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Claims Adjuster and have a comprehensive understanding of auto insurance policies and procedures. Additionally, they should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with policyholders and build relationships with vendors. A successful Claims Adjuster should have a strong work ethic and be highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
