- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities across the country.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to promote Geico as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Create and manage job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Utilize social media and other recruitment platforms to showcase Geico's employer brand and attract potential candidates.
- Plan and execute successful campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Geico, representing the company in a professional and positive manner to potential candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in the selection and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of campus recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continuously improve Geico's recruitment processes and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Previous Experience In Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Campus Or University Setting.
Strong Communication And Networking Skills To Effectively Engage With And Attract Top Talent.
Knowledge Of Campus Recruiting Strategies And Best Practices, Including The Use Of Social Media And Other Recruitment Tools.
Ability To Travel And Represent The Company At Various Career Fairs And Events On College Campuses.
