- Plan and execute informative and engaging campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and campus presentations.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the campus recruitment process.
- Represent the company and its values to prospective candidates, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track the success of campus recruitment efforts.
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company's employer brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Campus Recruiting Or University Relations
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With College Students, Faculty, And Staff
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools
Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Campus Recruiting, Including Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.
