Business Analyst

Geico Auto Insurance is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team! We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who is ready to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how business operations work, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically in order to drive the business forward. You will be expected to analyze data, develop insights, and make recommendations to improve performance.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the insurance or financial services industry. You should be comfortable working with teams across multiple departments, have strong communication and presentation skills, and have experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and Excel. Additionally, you should have the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
