  1. Learn and master the skills necessary to become a successful Auto Damage Adjuster.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all Geico Auto Insurance customers.
  3. Develop strong knowledge and understanding of Geico's policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of auto damage claims.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the claims process and addressing any concerns or questions.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and claim information.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
