  1. Greet and welcome customers to Geico Auto Insurance in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services and products.
  3. Learn and follow company policies and procedures.
  4. Attend training sessions and shadow experienced auto damage adjusters to gain knowledge and skills.
  5. Conduct vehicle inspections to accurately assess damage and determine coverage.
  6. Communicate with customers, insurance agents, and other parties involved in the claim process.
  7. Document all interactions and activities in a thorough and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve complex claims and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of auto insurance policies, laws, and regulations.
  10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  11. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing Geico Auto Insurance.
  13. Strive to meet and exceed performance goals and expectations.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry changes and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Auto Damage Trainee, You Will Need To Assess And Evaluate Vehicle Damage, Determine The Cause Of The Damage, And Recommend The Appropriate Repairs. A Strong Analytical Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Repair And Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Automotive Repair And Maintenance. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Vehicle Models, Parts, And Repair Processes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Auto Damage Trainee, You Will Be Interacting With Customers, Insurance Agents, And Repair Shops On A Regular Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For Effectively Conveying Information And Building Relationships.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Trainee, You Will Be Learning How To Accurately Assess Vehicle Damage And Determine The Cost Of Repairs. A Keen Eye For Detail Is Essential In This Role To Ensure That All Damages Are Properly Documented And Accounted For.
