Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Previous Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Vehicle Repair And Maintenance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Assess Damage And Determine Repair Costs.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients And Vendors.
