- Learn and understand Geico's policies and procedures related to auto damage claims.
- Conduct thorough and accurate inspections of damaged vehicles to determine liability and estimate repair costs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with clear and concise explanations of the claims process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other team members, including appraisers and adjusters, to ensure timely and efficient processing of claims.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities related to claims.
- Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge through training and on-the-job experience.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Adhere to company and industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and ethical handling of claims.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Or Insurance.
Ability To Work Independently And Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.

Prior Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In Customer Service Or Repair.
