- Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to determine coverage and negotiate settlements with customers.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise in automotive repair to accurately determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather all necessary information and documentation for claims.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance agents, and repair shops to provide updates and answer any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling claims and settlements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and settlements.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious claims.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all customer information with discretion.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Prior Experience In Auto Damage Assessment Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Auto Insurance Policies And Procedures
Ability To Accurately Assess And Estimate Damages To Vehicles.
