- Conduct thorough investigations of auto damage claims to determine liability and extent of damage.
- Evaluate and analyze information gathered from various sources to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate settlements with customers, repair shops, and other involved parties to reach fair and equitable resolutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims to meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of claim information.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other parties involved in the claims process.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to auto damage.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and underwriting, to ensure proper handling of claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle a high volume of claims while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Auto Damage Adjusting Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Auto Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Claims Processes.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Handle Customer Interactions.
Ability To Analyze And Evaluate Vehicle Damage And Accurately Estimate Repair Costs.
