- Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions with customers and repair shops.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Mechanical Engineering Or Automotive Technology.
Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In Vehicle Repair And/Or Estimation.
Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Regulations, Specifically Related To Auto Damage Claims.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Negotiate Settlements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Accurately Assess Vehicle Damage And Determine Appropriate Claim Payouts.
