  • Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to determine coverage and settle claims for customers
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather all necessary information to make accurate decisions
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other parties involved in the claims process
  • Utilize knowledge of auto repair and insurance policies to make informed decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for customers throughout the claims process
  • Review and analyze policy coverage to determine appropriate compensation for claims
  • Negotiate and settle claims in a timely and fair manner, while adhering to company guidelines and policies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, including all relevant documentation and information
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and efficient claims handling
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.
