Training Manager

As GATX’s Training Manager, you will design, implement, sustain and evaluate training and development initiatives that are aligned with company-wide objectives and HR strategies. Design, implement and manage GATX’s training program. Identify internal and external training solutions. Design and evaluate learning courses that increase knowledge and skills for employees including GATX-specific training courses. Lead the Performance Check-in process by engaging with HRBPs to gather feedback on program utilization and effectiveness. Own and manage the GATX Learning Management System (LMS). Streamline and support administrative aspects including registrations, logistics, and systems/software administration.
