  1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Stock and organize products in designated areas within the warehouse.
  3. Prepare and pack products for shipping to stores or customers.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure safe working conditions.
  5. Perform regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
  6. Help identify and report any product or inventory issues to management.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
  10. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency within the warehouse.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Qualified Warehouse Associate At Gap Should Have Previous Experience In Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving.

  • Physical Stamina And Fitness: This Role Requires Standing, Walking, And Lifting For Extended Periods Of Time, So Candidates Should Possess The Physical Stamina And Fitness Necessary To Meet The Demands Of The Job.
