  1. Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer experience.
  2. Lead and manage software projects from conception to deployment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  4. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices.
  5. Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improve software development processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  7. Conduct code reviews and ensure high quality and maintainable code.
  8. Document software designs, processes, and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and share knowledge with the team.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential roadblocks and challenges.
  11. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure software quality and functionality.
  12. Adhere to software development best practices and standards.
  13. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  15. Continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge through training and self-study.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Web Development And E-Commerce.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies And Working In Cross-Functional Teams.
