  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design and production requirements for Gap products.
  2. Utilize technical skills and knowledge of production processes to create accurate and high-quality production artwork.
  3. Create and maintain production templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency within the production process.
  4. Monitor and maintain brand standards for all production artwork, ensuring it aligns with Gap's style and aesthetic.
  5. Work closely with designers and suppliers to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and technology advancements to continuously improve production processes.
  7. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all artwork meets production specifications and standards.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and timelines to meet production deadlines.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior production artists, ensuring their work meets Gap's standards.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production artwork.
  11. Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on production status and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  13. Maintain organized files and records of all production artwork.
  14. Uphold and promote Gap's values and brand image through all production artwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software

  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Production Studio Or Similar Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Print Production Processes And Techniques

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
