  1. Develop and implement an overall communications strategy for Gap's total rewards programs to effectively reach and engage employees.
  2. Create compelling and informative messaging and content to communicate the value and impact of our total rewards offerings to employees.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in total rewards communications.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on employee compensation and benefits, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards communications and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure support and understanding of total rewards programs.
  7. Manage and oversee the execution of all communication channels, such as email, intranet, social media, and events, to reach a diverse employee population.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of total rewards communications.
  9. Continuously seek feedback from employees and use insights to improve total rewards communications and programs.
  10. Stay informed on company news, initiatives, and culture to incorporate into total rewards communications and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Total Rewards And Benefits Communications, With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years In A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Strategies And Programs, Including Familiarity With Industry Best Practices And Trends.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Various Levels Of Employees.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Communication Strategies And Campaigns For Total Rewards Programs.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
