  9. Manage the budget and resources for the HR portfolio, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  10. Communicate updates and progress of the HR portfolio to senior leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any challenges.
  11. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR programs and initiatives.
  12. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through effective communication, recognition, and development opportunities.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the HR portfolio to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent Gap as a leader in HR portfolio management through networking, speaking engagements, and participating in industry events.

  • Extensive Experience In Hr Portfolio Management: A Senior Manager At Gap Must Have A Strong Background In Managing Hr Portfolios, Including Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Programs.
