Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Global Integrity & Compliance to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices. This role will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our global integrity and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that Gap remains a leader in ethical standards within the industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in compliance and integrity, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.   1. Develop and oversee Gap's global integrity and compliance policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
  3. Monitor and assess potential risks and areas of non-compliance, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on integrity and compliance matters.
  5. Train and educate employees at all levels on integrity and compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in integrity and compliance.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of integrity and compliance professionals, fostering a culture of ethical behavior and accountability.
  9. Communicate with senior leadership on integrity and compliance matters, providing regular reports and updates.
  10. Act as a liaison with external partners and stakeholders to promote ethical business practices.
  11. Represent Gap in integrity and compliance discussions and initiatives within the fashion industry.
  12. Continuously review and enhance integrity and compliance processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Uphold Gap's values of integrity, inclusivity, and responsibility in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Global Integrity And Compliance Programs, Policies And Procedures.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Frameworks And Ability To Navigate Complex Compliance Issues.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading A Team To Ensure Compliance Across Multiple Countries.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Conduct Thorough Investigations When Necessary.
