Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our team and help us create the next generation of denim styles for our adult customers. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our denim collections, working alongside a team of talented individuals to bring our vision to life. If you have a strong background in denim design, a keen eye for trends, and a knack for turning ideas into reality, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and execute innovative and trend-setting denim collections for the adult customer base.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, product development, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and successful product launches.
  3. Stay current on industry trends, market research, and consumer feedback to inform and inspire denim designs.
  4. Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life.
  5. Lead fit sessions and provide constructive feedback to ensure the best possible fit for all styles.
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.
  7. Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.
  8. Participate in meetings and presentations to share design concepts and receive feedback from key stakeholders.
  9. Ensure all designs meet brand standards, target price points, and are commercially viable.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and elevate denim designs to maintain the brand's position as a market leader.
  11. Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and complementary collections across all product categories.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's aesthetic and target customer to ensure designs align with brand identity.
  13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with external partners and vendors to bring designs to life.
  14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  15. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Developing Adult Denim Products, Including A Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Market Demands.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Designers, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Delivering High-Quality Products On Time.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Denim Fabric, Construction Techniques, And Wash Processes, With The Ability To Innovate And Push The Boundaries Of Traditional Denim Design.

  • Excellent Technical Skills In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Relevant Design Software, As Well As Strong Sketching And Illustration Abilities.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Pitch And Sell Design Concepts To Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
