Senior Designer, Adult Denim

As Gap Inc. continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Designer, Adult Denim to join our team. Our Senior Designer will be responsible for leading product development and design for Gap's adult denim categories. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for denim, be highly organized and have a drive for taking a product from concept to market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful product designs, be able to think outside the box, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative designs for Gap’s adult denim categories that meet the company's quality and aesthetic standards.
2. Manage the product development process from concept to market.
3. Research trends in the fashion industry to inform designs.
4. Collaborate with other design professionals to ensure a cohesive product.
5. Communicate design ideas to stakeholders and team members.
6. Guide the selection of fabric, trims, and wash processes.
7. Monitor performance of designs in the marketplace, and adjust accordingly.
8. Stay informed of industry developments and emerging trends.
9. Execute all assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
10. Maintain an organized workspace.
