  1. Oversee and manage the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring all displays are visually appealing and in line with brand standards.
  2. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  3. Train and mentor team members on proper merchandising techniques and standards.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  5. Collaborate with the store manager to create and execute promotional displays and events.
  6. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to merchandising and visual presentation.
  10. Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure all merchandising directives are understood and executed accurately.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
  12. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  14. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
