- Lead and supervise a team of merchandising staff to ensure a high level of customer service and drive sales.

Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Supervisor, Merchandising At Gap Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Sales Goals And Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Merchandising Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Merchandising Principles, Including Product Placement, Visual Displays, And Inventory Management.
Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Customer Service, Sales, And Merchandising.
