  1. Oversee the visual presentation of the store to ensure it meets company standards and attracts customers.
  2. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet store goals.
  3. Train and coach sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and company standards.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is replenished in a timely and organized manner.

  6. Conduct regular store walks to assess the overall appearance and organization of the store.
  7. Communicate with the corporate visual merchandising team to provide feedback and suggestions for store layout and product placement.
  8. Manage and maintain visual merchandising tools and supplies, such as mannequins, fixtures, and signage.
  9. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about visual merchandising strategies.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading by example and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  11. Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations for sales associates.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
