  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
  3. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  4. Train and coach sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and company standards.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and merchandise knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Create and maintain an organized and efficient backroom and sales floor.
  8. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any visual or operational issues.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
  10. Communicate with customers and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all team members.
  13. Monitor and track sales performance and provide feedback to management.
  14. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
  15. Act as a role model by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for the brand.
