Minimum Of 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Merchandising Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Merchandising Principles And Strategies, With A Focus On Visual Merchandising.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team.
Proficiency In Inventory Management And Ability To Analyze Sales Data To Make Informed Merchandising Decisions.
