Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Monitor sales performance and motivate staff to exceed sales goals

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor

• Train, motivate, and coach retail staff

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales

• Monitor and adjust pricing and promotions

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new retail staff
