Retail Supervisor, Merchandising

We are searching for a Retail Supervisor, Merchandising to join the Gap team and take our customer experience to the next level. The successful candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be a strong leader. The Retail Supervisor, Merchandising will be responsible for managing a team of employees, driving sales results, and ensuring customer satisfaction.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also preferred.
