Retail Supervisor, Full Time

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store by overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and motivating and developing our team. 5. Ensure Sales Goals are Met: The Retail Supervisor will work closely with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals, and will be responsible for driving sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
6. Maintain Visual Standards: The Retail Supervisor will ensure that the store meets Gap’s visual merchandising standards, including window displays, product placement, and promotional signage.
7. Handle Customer Concerns: The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor Inventory: The Retail Supervisor will assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing stock, conducting inventory counts, and identifying and addressing any stock discrepancies.
9. Train and Onboard New Employees: The Retail Supervisor will assist in training and onboarding new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
10. Ensure Compliance: The Retail Supervisor will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws and regulations.
