Retail Stock Associate

Gap is looking for a Retail Stock Associate to join our team and help deliver an excellent shopping experience to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a friendly disposition, and a drive to exceed customer expectations.To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have prior retail stock experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You should also be able to work independently and be comfortable with using technology and basic computer programs. Responsibilities:

1. Receive, check, and organize stock deliveries.
2. Maintain store inventory levels and ensure stock is correctly displayed.
3. Assist customers with locating items and answer any questions they may have.
4. Assist in the maintenance and organization of the store.
5. Assist with cleaning, stocking, and restocking shelves.
6. Greet customers and ensure a pleasant and welcoming shopping experience.
7. Process payments using the store's POS system.
8. Assist in training new employees on retail stock procedures.
9. Collaborate with store management to identify customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Ensure that all store policies and safety protocols are followed.
