Retail Stock Associate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain visual presentation of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays
• Receive, unpack, and store merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure items are in stock
• Process returns and exchanges
• Assist customers with finding items and providing product advice
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized
• Assist with merchandising and promotional displays
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
