
Retail Stock Associate
Welcome to the Gap team! We are currently seeking a Retail Stock Associate to join our dynamic and innovative company. As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is always fully stocked and organized for our customers. - Manage inventory levels and stock levels to ensure the store is always fully stocked and organized for customers.
- Receive, unpack, and organize shipments of merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and displayed on the sales floor.
- Monitor and report on stock levels to management, including identifying low stock items and reordering as needed.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards and customer needs.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating appealing displays and maintaining cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
- Use company technology and systems to track and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect company assets and prevent loss of inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and assisting with merchandise location and availability.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Gap brand and values.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and assist with store operations as needed.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers and make merchandise recommendations.
- Continuously strive to improve and suggest new ideas for store organization and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including back-stock areas and stockroom.
- Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills
