Retail Stock Associate

• Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Organize and stock merchandise on sales floor, following company guidelines and standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management
• Conduct regular store audits to identify and address any inventory discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor
• Assist with visual merchandising and floor set changes as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the sales floor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales goals
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or concerns
• Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
