
Mobile Marketing Manager - App & SMS
Own all strategic elements of the Gap App, including but not limited to acquisition/app downloads, push notifications, in-app-messages, feature page, and overall customer experience within the app. Manage marketing execution within the app from briefing and approving copy, to calendaring and QAing app content refreshes. Work closely with native app product manager, marketing & operations teams, creative, app vendors and others. Own SMS channel including Acquisition and Sales targets, message planning and scheduling, ongoing optimization, launch of new trigger journey, list segmentation, special promotions and all aspects of the program. Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless Customer experience, and to launch new SMS acquisition strategies and touch points. Responsible for test and learn agenda in App and SMS. Oversee channel reporting; make recommendations on areas of opportunity grounded in analytics and key KPIs, and see them through implementation.
5-7 years experience in digital marketing, CRM and/or cross-channel marketing, preference for previous app
Experience with SMS vendors like Vibes, Attentive, Upland is a plus
Familiarity with app-specific engagement and analytics platforms like Braze, Appsflyer + Amplitude is a plus
